PAYMENTS:

All remaining payments are due the day of procedure. We accept only cash and major debit/credit cards. We do not accept checks or offer payment plans.

 

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS:

NEW PROCEDURE: If you reschedule your appointment with over 24-hour notice, your deposit will be credited to your new appointment. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, your deposit is non-refundable and you will be required to pay a new deposit for your new appointment.

BOOSTS: If you reschedule/cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, a fee of 30% of the scheduled procedure will apply to your next appointment.

NO SHOWS:

• NEW PROCEDURE: New procedure no shows will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit has to be paid if you want to schedule another appointment. If you fail to come a second time, we reserve the right to refuse the service.​

 

• BOOSTS: If you no show your to appointment with less than 24-hour notice, a fee of 30% of the scheduled procedure will apply to your next appointment.

 

TARDINESS:

• NEW PROCEDURE: We ask to please arrive on time to your appointment to allow time to fill out our consent form, and to go over aftercare. Please allow for 2 &1/2 hours total for the appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late but after 30 minutes we cannot guarantee we will be able to take you. If we must cancel/reschedule your appointment due to being late, your deposit is non-refundable.

 

• TOUCH-UPS & BOOSTS: Please arrive on time for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late but after 15 minutes we cannot guarantee we will be able to take you. Please allow for 1 &1/2 hours total for the appointment time.

PRICING:

Our prices are subject to change anytime without notice. Anytime we have a price increase, the increase will apply to all appointments booked after the price increase date; original price will be honored for all appointments scheduled before price increase.

 

PREVIOUSLY TATTOOED EYEBROWS:

If you come to your appointment with previously tattooed eyebrows without telling us prior and getting Mila’s approval, your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit the deposit. Not all clients with previously tattooed eyebrows are good candidates for microblading procedure.
