BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

(for eyebrow microblading / nano brows / combo brows)

you must read and agree to contraindications, before/after care, our policies. Please, follow this link to find all the information

If we are unable to perform the procedure at the time of your appointment because you have one of the listed contraindications, didn't follow all the before care, or will engage in an activity that will interfere with the aftercare & healing process, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse our services.

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY TATTOOED EYEBROWS from another artist, you must follow these instructions before scheduling an appointment.

RETURNING CLIENTS

To make changes to an existing appointment or schedule a new one, please contact our Client Coordinator by calling/texting 617.942.1412 or email to info@browmuse.com. Online booking is not available for touch-ups or boosts.

 

DEPOSIT

A deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. 

CANCELATION POLICY

48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 48-hours from your appointment. If you reschedule with over 48-hour notice, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. 

APPOINTMENTS

We are currently fully booked in Boston for new procedures for NANO brows / Combo brows till September 2024 and bookings are closed. Booking is available for  Lip Blush, Soft Eyeliner, Keratin lash lifts. To be notified about the time and the date of the next opening for new clients in Boston you can add your phone and email below. Miami calendar is available for viewing and booking for March
